How to Delete a Apace in text in one cell

I need to delete the space that will occur in a cell . the cell will contain a name such as Jones, Barb A

what i need to end up with is JonesBarbA

=LEFT(a1,FIND(" ",a1))

If it does not work for you,try to concatenate it by splitting the cells first OK

If Jones, Barb A is in cell A1, then type this formula in any other cell:

=SUBSTITUTE(SUBSTITUTE(A1," ",""),",","")
