Excel Facts

Highlight Duplicates
Home, Conditional Formatting, Highlight Cells, Duplicate records, OK to add pink formatting to any duplicates in selected range.
Not following your example, but try this:

Highlight your column you want to delete all Blank Cells.
Edit / Go to Special / Blanks
Right-click on one of the selected Blank cells and choose 'Delete'
Then choose either 'Shift-up' or 'Entire Row' depending upon your desire.

If this works and you want it in VBA format, just do it again and Record Macro.
