How to delete only values, not formulas, in excel

What should I type to get rid of cell contents, except for cells containing formulas, while retaining borders and other formats?

Is there a shortcut key for strikethrough?
Ctrl+S is used for Save. Ctrl+5 is used for Strikethrough. Why Ctrl+5? When you use hashmarks to count |||| is 4, strike through to mean 5.
Sort by date Sort by votes
Press F5, choose Special, choose Constants, click OK, and press the delete key.
