# How to do an If statement with a formula involving a possible vlookup

If the grade name in Column A equals the grade name in Column E then I want it to take the Salary in Column B and divide it by the Grade Mid in Column G. The way I have the formula, which is wrong, works only if the data is all on the same row. But as you can see the data in Column A will not always be on the same row. Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thanks so much!
