How to Draw Square Wave..

Hi Guys

I have many square waves to draw for my assignment..

Now i know we can do it in word/paint by drawing lines.. but it is very time consuming and lengthy..

ive heard that there is a plugin in excel/word to do so easily.. has anyone got any idea about it

for those who dont know what a square wave is.. here is an eg

i need to make several like those in quick time with diff shapes etc..
