How to evenly group rows of data

Hello,

I have a 4 sales reports I will be running on a weekly basis the rows of data will vary from 2,000-3,000+ I need to take this info sort it from highest selling store to lowest then group them evenly in segments of 10. Segment 1 would have the top selling stores Segment 10 would have the lowest selling stores, I then need to subtotal by segment. There are 19 columns of data across.

Is there a formula I can setup in a master form so I can drop the raw data in and it will evenly distribute the rows by Segment. Right now I'm manually dividing, counting and cutting the rows into another sheet, its taking hours

I'm not SUPER savvy in excel so any coding will be beyond my ability, looking for a formula or grouping option.
