Hi there,

I am trying to compare the type of data in one column to the type of data in another column on a different sheet, and want to standardise the way this data is entered. Before I can do that I need to compare the two sets of data.

I'm not a prrticularly competent Excel user but have heard that in MS 2010, when I have a bunch of data in a column, and filter it, I can export the list of unique options that appear in this filtered list.

Can anybody tell me how to do this? Hopefully the above question makes sense!

Cheers!
