How to Extract list from Database

I would like to get some help for extracting part of the database to a new selection list.

You could do this with advanced filter:

1. Select B6, or any cell in the 'database' table.
   
   
2. On the Data tab select Advanced from the Sort & Filter section,
   
   
3. Make sure List range corresponds the range of the 'database' table.
   
   
4. Select Copy to another location.
   
   
5. Select K9:M10 for the Criteria range.
   
   
6. Select 09:Q9 for the Copy to range.
   
   
7. Click OK.

Thanks, but I am creating a kind of template, whether the interface is locked . user only need to click the minimum number of buttons, and hopefully no typing. So is there any other way to do it?
