I have a sheet with 2100 rows of information... Out of the 2100 records I want to find 19 of them using the skey column, which assigns a unique number to a customer. I have a list of the 19 skey numbers. When I turn on Auto Filter I can find one at a time, but how can I find or filter all 19 records all at once from the 2100, so only the 19 show, can I do that using Advanced Filter ?

I pasted the 19 records into a helper column.

Thanks for the help...

Show numbers in thousands?
Use a custom number format of #,##0,K. Each comma after the final 0 will divide the displayed number by another thousand
can you add another column where you use Vlookup to look for the 19 skey numbers, and then autofilter on that column?

VLOOKUP works, but autofilter don't do this job right..

This worked well..

=COUNTIF(A$2:A$20,C$2:C$2101)

I put another helper column between the two with the skeys and it puts a 1 for found and 0 for not, and then I autofilter on that, thanks!
