how to find a max value from excel

please i need help
how can I find the maximum value for each 44 line interval like the example in the image below. The maximum value of (P4: P6 and P12: P14) with the interval is 44 and the maximum value for the next row (P48: P50 and P56: P58), for a total of 1728 rows. so I just have to drag the cursor automatically until I get the desired value to the bottom line
( sorry my english bad )
