how to find last empty row after specific row

Hi guys,

I want to find last empty row in column A but it should be start from row 11, how could I achieve this...
currently I am using below code...

Sheets("survey").Cells(Rows.Count, 1).End(xlUp).Offset(1, 0).Row

That code will work as long as you have some data in col A below row 11

I know but there are some blank rows before row 11 in which I cannot add data...
