I have a row of data that looks like this

1,2,3,4,<null>,<null>,5,<null>,6,7,<null>

where new data is added each week to a new column whenever it is available. How do I find the last value in the row such that intermediate null values do not cause errors or incorrect values?

Excel Facts

Bring active cell back into view
Start at A1 and select to A9999 while writing a formula, you can't see A1 anymore. Press Ctrl+Backspace to bring active cell into view.
Welcome to the board...

Try this

Code:
=INDEX(1:1,1,MATCH(--REPT(9,15),1:1))

Where 1:1 is the Row you're looking in..

For the last numerical value, try...

=LOOKUP(9.99999999999999E+307,A2:IV2)

Adjust the range accordingly.

Hope this helps!
