How to find Week Number?

Can anyone let me know how to find the Current week number in excel VBA?

I am using excel 2003 and Weeknum function is in present in 2003, is there any other function/method in 2003 to get the week number?

You need to install Analysis Toolpak Addin for WEEKNUM() to be available.
(Tools-->Addins-->Analysis Toolpak)
