I have a problem in a specific sheet: I need only country, network,NetworkName and currency columns, but in sheet all messed up. As you can see in network Colum there are name and MCCMNC code also same in network name Colum so basically I need to separate all data and make proper format by switching places between the content of the following columns: "Network" and "NetworkName" from line 14. Please refer to the following screenshots to explain more the situation:

Remove leading & trailing spaces
Save as CSV to remove all leading and trailing spaces. It is faster than using TRIM().
It is hard to work with a picture. It would be easier to help if you could use the XL2BB add-in (icon in the menu) to attach a screenshot (not a picture) of your sheet. Alternately, you could upload a copy of your file to a free site such as www.box.com or www.dropbox.com. Once you do that, mark it for 'Sharing' and you will be given a link to the file that you can post here (de-sensitized if necessary). Will the numeric values in column C always start at row 14? Will the numeric values always be grouped together or can there be some network names among the numbers? Will the numbers go down to the last used row in the sheet?
