How to fix the line in Excel

I've tried to search this forum to find the answer to my question but to my great regret I've failed. Please forgive me if I duplicate someone's post. I have Excel document and I want to fix the bottom line that way it doesn't move when I scroll the sheet! Could this be done? I use 2007 version. That would be great if it can be done because I have long tables with the same header and when I have to return back to see what's written above that irritates greatly. Thank you.

select a cell 1 row below the header or title row and then
In 2003 or earlier
windows / freeze

In 2007 or later
view / freeze panes...freeze panes.

Michael M, Your advice helped me, thank you. My problem was that I selected exactly the row I wanted to remain visible and I have to select the row below. Thanks again.
