how to force 2 and always 2 decimals

Hi,
i have a problem with my decimals in excel. I want 2 decimals, but eg. 50,50 turns to 50,5...how do i force the "0" in the end, so it stays 50,50?

Right click on the cell with the value and then click on format cells. Next click on the number tab. Select number under category and then set your decimal places.

nope, did that, and still the 50,50 is 50,5

So the value of the cell is 50,50 and not 50.50? You might need to use the round function?

ahhh, think i found the problem....in my work i had to change the "," to "." at some point, and that might have caused the problem. because when i changed it back, it worked
