For example,
How you generate the below automatically, without physically typing it out?

2.1.2.1.0
2.1.2.2.0
2.1.2.3.0
2.1.2.4.0
2.1.2.5.0
2.1.2.6.0
2.1.2.7.0
2.1.2.8.0
2.1.2.9.0
2.1.2.10.0
2.1.2.11.0
2.1.2.12.0
2.1.2.13.0
2.1.2.14.0

Thank you

Excel Facts

Repeat Last Command
Pressing F4 adds dollar signs when editing a formula. When not editing, F4 repeats last command.
Food for thought... the above solutions display as text.

This custom number format:

"2.1.2.".0

should display as numbers if that is important.

Use as =row(A1) or =rows($1:1)
