how to get 4 conditions for conditional formatting

In Excel 2003, there are only three conditions for conditional formatting. Any ideas on how I can get the following:

if cell value > 10 then cell color is red
if cell value is >=5 and <10, then color is yellow
if cell value is > 0 and less than 5, then color is green
if cell value is equal to 0, then cell color is white

Any ideas using formulas not macros?

There isn't actually a limitation of 3 conditions the restriction is on the number of formats

And the only way to get round that is to use VBA.

Unless you want to make the 'standard' format white and use the other 3 formats in conditional formatting.
