I have few columns in my sheet where I need to count rows based on multiple criteras (like all rows with Col A ="ABC" AND Col C = "XXX" AND Col Date between XX and YY).

I'm able to count the rows using SUMPRODUCT but I wanted to concate one column value for all selected rows.

example data -
Area Name Activity Details Date
A2A abc Scripting PRG6868 April 2, 2012
A2A abc Testing PRG6868 April 4, 2012
P2P xyz Enhancements PRG6868 April 2, 2012
P2P xyz Enhancements PRG1234 April 3, 2012
A2A xyz Testing PRG1234 April 10, 2012

Criteria -
Area Activity Date
A2A Testing between 03Apr2012 to 10April 2012

To be calculated -
1. Get the count for above criteria
2. Concat 'Details' for all such rows and display in a new column.

Expected Result -
1) 2, 2) PRG6868, PRG1234
