How to get a value if column G contains hh:mm and column M contains text I need it to sum it into S4

Hello,

Basically I’m creating a digital version of a logbook i currently keep, I need a formula to,
For example, if in cell G4 it says 01:14 and then in cell M4 it says HL then add 1 to S3.

But the formula required will need to work from G3:G200 and M3:M300 without adding any values to S3 if for example there’s nothing in G22 but HL in M22.

I hope this makes sense.
