How to get all users name from sharepoint excel file without opening and add to dropdown in excel file

HI

I do have 1 excel file on sharepoint. I just need to get all users name from that sharepoint excel file and add to dropdown in excel file which is on my computer.

I need to get all users name in dropdown when we open excel file which is located to local machine (computer)

I hope I could explain better.

Please let me know how it can be possible by vba
