In column C2(downwards), i need to calculate the percentage of hours(b2) as per the total hours of the Employee
eg. Employee John has a total hours of 240, then
  1. c2 will have 42% (i.e. 100/240)
  2. c4 will have 21%
  3. c5 will have 9%
  4. and so on
