How to get Excel to remain in the last tab used

For some reason or other Excel has started defaulting back to the "File" Tab, instead of remaining in the last tab used on the Ribbon bar, and I can't figure out where to change this, so that it remains on the last tab used.

Okay I found the answer, top right of the ribbon bar, there is a little arrow that had become inverted, after putting this back, every was reset correctly, (the left side of the "question mark" - top right)
