How to get night shift hours of an employee.

I want to get the time differential (night shift) between the two text box in a form but I can't figure it out. Night shift starts at 10:00 PM - 6:00 AM (next day), please see sample below.

Me.txtc2: 08-July-2010 8:00 PM (Start)
Me.txtd2: 09-July-2010 8:00 AM (Stop)

Me.txttotalnd: will be the answer.

Please help to solve this.
