How to get the duration time formatted in hh:mm:ss instead of date / time of day

Needing this column in a duration format like 1 min and 56 seconds, not day or time of day. How do I fix that?

Problem is that there is NO start or end time columns in the report. This report was given to me with just the duration time values and I cannot import into Quickbase without the proper format to it.
