I use Excel 365, created a query in it and sent the file to a peer with Excel 2013. When they click in the Query data of the file, the Query ribbon doesn't appear. I am assuming (from searching) that this functionality isn't available in 2013. Does anyone know a simple workaround that doesn't involve starting from scratch by creating formulas? Can they somehow turn on queries in the 2013 version?

Simple solution! Have them upgrade to MS 365. Unfortunately that's also not on the table, his work wont support it.

Thanks!
