How to give IF Condition while doing text join from one cell to required cell

Here I have to applying the text join in G column from row 2. I need to want give text join in G Column from row 4 , row 6, row 8. The condition is need to apply for related to Column B in "F" only. How to give IF condition with related column B in " F ". Please give the solution for doing this scenario.
