i am looking to create a macro enable file that will prompt me to load a file of our current daily customers.

i would like to have a master sheet with several tabs and have the information automatically updated with each daily refresh when the file is sent to me.

my thought is...when the master file is open, a message box will open and prompt the user to point to the recently downloaded report.

Excel Facts

Pivot Table Drill Down
Double-click any number in a pivot table to create a new report showing all detail rows that make up that number
To receive a prompt answer (and one that works) you should provide sample workbook / s with sample data.
