Hi

I want to achieve the following with VB;

- whenever an amount is typed into a cell in column D, a message box should appear saying "please ensure totals agree before saving"
- user just clicks ok, nothing else has to happen

Bear in mind I'm a novice with VB.............................

Thanks

Validation could be set to check if "totals agree".
If the OP wants an pre-entry "Make sure totals agree" for every cell entry, the input message can be used.
If the decides on the calmer "The total's don't agree" warning message after (bad) entry, that's avaliable too.
