How to have Excel read and copy and paste from .pdf

Morning,

Just trying to set up a sheet in excel to import specific data from a PDF.
More Specifically, I require the part number and Qty, Also to have this saved, with the PO as the file name, in a .txt file in the following format-
partnumber,qty

Any one know how to accomplish this?
