How to hid a Form Control List Box

I have some code that hides some columns based on the contents of a certain cell. I would also like to hide a form control with a certain group of columns. I checked the box to have the form move with the cells however it does not, or at least it does not to the extent that it is hidden. Is there some code I could add? Does code work with Form Controls or only Active X controls?
 

Excel Facts
