Or in plain English I have a spreadsheet for collecting customer complaint information but rather than entering and working with a new record from within the database, I would prefer to use a form that captures the data for that record. The database would then be used only for compiling my period reports.

One problem I have found is that if I have a formula in a cell and I use form view, the formulas do not work and in this application I do need those formulas. I will have IF statements, Vlookup's etc.

Also " no comprende Visual Basic"

Thanks

Do you want to have a complete form that is used to capture the information, or do you want to have a sheet in the workbook that will capture the data, then have a button that will transfer the data to the "database" sheet and initialise the sheet ready for the next item? Have you also considered how to handle updates / changes to the data once it has been moved??
