How to I blank out cells that I don't need printed

Hi,

I have a worksheet that I need to print out and email. But on the sheet there is a specific range of cells that I dont want Printed\emailed. How do I blank these out when I print print preview\print then email, then when I return to the worksheet the cells are in tacked with the data?

All help is welcome

But...

I'm not too ofey with Excel functions and the like. Could you explain a little further? the cells have data in them already which I dont want displayed when printing

Sure...

Right click the cell you don't want displayed when printing >>> Format Cells... >>> Custom.
Look for 'Type:' >>> highlight the word 'General' and enter 3 x semi colon's ";;;" (without the quote marks) >>> OK
