How to Identify & Debug - simple programme

In the Above programme I am getting error called "Variable Not Found" , I couldn't trace anything , Please bare in mind I am just a beginner
Plz help me identify the error & resolve.

You need to Dim FormulaCell as Range. THe error would have said "Variable Not Defined". I haven't tested the rest of it
