How to ignore blank cells when comparing multiple cells

I am using the following formula to compare values in cells:
=AND(EXACT(F18:H18,F18))

Column F will always have a value.

I would like to modify my formula so that if there is a blank cells in columns F to H then this is ignored when doing the comparison. So, if F has CAT, G has CAT, but H has blank, the result will still be true.

Many thanks.

Excel Facts

How to create a cell-sized chart?
Tiny charts, called Sparklines, were added to Excel 2010. Look for Sparklines on the Insert tab.
This should have read " if there is a blank cells in columns G to H then this is ignored when doing the comparison".

Shouldn't that be:

=AND(EXACT(G18:H18,F18))

confirmed with control+shift+enter, not just enter?

Ignoring any blank in G18:H18...

=AND(EXACT(IF(G18:H18="",F18,G18:H18),F18))

would also return TRUE if both G18 and H18 are blank.

Any comment?
