Anyone know if it is possible to insert an adobe illustrator image into excel?

I called Microsoft and they said it was possible.

Any one out there know how to do this? They offered the answer for 100 bucks. :(

Can't you just save as JPG/PNG/WMF and then insert into Excel?

We wanted to purchase Adobe Illustrator to fix our company logo then insert it into our excel 2013 spreadsheet.
So we were wondering how to insert a .ai file into excel. That's when I called Microsoft and they told me it's possible and for 100 bucks, they would tell me how.
