how to keep pivot table formatting after refresh

I have done all possible way but still same issue line formatting, fonts, border changed after refresh. Cant Retain formatting

* Preserve cell formatting on update ( Select / Unselect) not useful

Any thoughts
 

Excel Facts

Format cells as time
Select range and press Ctrl+Shift+2 to format cells as time. (Shift 2 is the @ sign).
Preserve and keep formatting constants, when refreshing Pivot Table
