I know Excel can run my VBA code every 1 hour automatically by putting the code in the event Workbook_Open, just have my code including the line like Application.OnTime...

Can Access achieve this? Does Access have the mothod like OnTime?

I currently have this requirement from my users says "pls let let Access to import Excel data outside into Access every 1 hours AUTOMATICALLY instead of let me just click the button in the screen."

Anyone pls help to comment.

Thanks in advance,
Tim

VLOOKUP to Left?
Use =VLOOKUP(A2,CHOOSE({1,2},$Z$1:$Z$99,$Y$1:$Y$99),2,False) to lookup Y values to left of Z values.

Hi Tim
I'm not sure if this will help but you can create a form which has a timer interval that you can set to run a macro (or an event procedure). If you go into the form design, have a look at the properties -> Event -> On Timer & Timer Interval properties.
HTH, Andrew. :)

Thank Andrew. It do works. I just use it in my application, perfect result, what I exactly want. So simple but effective solution. Thanks a lot.

Good weekend.
