Hi all, I hope you can help, and thanks in advance for taking a look! I would like a formula where the output is the cell location of the first occurrence of the word "yes" in column D. So, let's say the word "yes" appears in D4, D9, D27, D32... I would want the result/output of the formula to read "D4." I hope I'm explaining this clearly. Thanks! -Mark

By the way, I asked a similar question earlier this evening looking for the last occurrence, and that answer can be found here... How to locate cell address of last occurrence in a column?

In case partial match: "yes" in "yes" or "OK, yes it is", or "Yes, sir"
