How to lookup and return multiple values from multiple columns ?

i have applied the below formula to return corresponding values for single lookup value that is 10/24/2020 but I want to return results in column S No , Customer Name and Project Name also in sheet 2.
Please suggest me how do i do that..Thanks in advance.

You could also try this
Excel Formula:
=FILTER(FILTER(Sheet1!B3:G501,Sheet1!AF3:AF501=O1),COUNTIFS(B1:E1,Sheet1!B2:G2))
