Help! I have a spreadsheet with multiple rows and columns. For each row, I need to perform a lookup across multiple columns of that row for unique value (the letter "x") and return corresponding values from columns in which the letter x appears. There are two complexities: (1) the values returned are located in a row that is HIGHER than the row in which I am performing the lookup and (2) I need to return the values into a single cell, separated by a space, comma or some other separator.

Would love to stay away from VBA if possible, but if there's no other way, let's write some code!

Thanks!
