How to make a combobox trigger an action

I have a combo box, that is linked to a simple range. The range is week1, week2, week3, week4.

I what a macro to run that hides or unhides columns based on the selection.

So if the user selects week 1, then Columns H:L are unhidden.

I posted a question earlier this afternoon that, while not as clear and concise , is very similar to this, so I'm REALLY hoping someone can help out.
