How to make a field value Unique(accross the sheet)

I have a column(names) that is scattered across the sheet (C1:C8, H1:H8, M1:M8,C13:C25)-templates. Each field of the column is a dropdwn box with unique values. But here is the problem..I want to make sure that no name can be selected TWICE! (accros the worksheet), If so an error message should appear"invalid entry"

The list of all names(drpdownbx source) are in AD2:AD50

Please, help out if you can.
