how to make a graph with two variables

Hi,
I want to make a graph that I thought It was simple but just can't do it.
The image is very simple (hand made), but I don't know what is the right chart to obtain that result

Data is on the bottom left.
Squares could be spheres. Labels can be outside.
 

Excel Facts

Round to nearest half hour?
Use =MROUND(A2,"0:30") to round to nearest half hour. Use =CEILING(A2,"0:30") to round to next half hour.
@RZoig , if you want to get a little fancy with it, you could find icons/images to paste on the markers to show dog and cat:
