How to make a List Box which can do the calculation

I would want to make a 'list box' like feature to my excel that can help me calculate the average of the a set of no.

eg.

when i select 9 in the list box, I want the calculation in F10 = average of (E2:E10),

and when i select 5, F10 = average of (E6:E10),etc,

How to make the list box?

I also need the same calulation to go on for the cell down, F11, F12......etc to calculate the same average calculation.
