How to make Chart display selected data to plot

I have a Data table like this

Product Region Amount
A X 34
A Y 54
A Z 32
B X 23
B Y 65
B Z 34

I want to make a Chart so that only Region Z is plotted.
However, I cannot hide or filter the original table and Pivot Chart cannot be used.

Is there way a normal chart can do this filtering on data ?
Is there way I can do this in Data Series source ?

I only need to plot all Products on X axis and Sales amount on Y axis on bar chart.
But for only Region X. How can I select the data ?
