Hello, just wondering if it was possible to take my excel sheet and put it on my computers desktop instead of having to open and close the folder every time I need to use the program. Also is it possible to make it "intractable", by that I mean make changes on excel while its on the desktop. Thanks.

2 ways I can think of doing this...

1. create a shortcut on your desktop to your file
to do this, find the file in windows explorer, minimize or reduce all other windows, then right-click and fold the file, drag it to the desktop and select CREATE SHORTCUT (DONT move or copy, unless you want the file to be saved to the desktop)
2. save the file TO the desktop
