Hi:-

Excel Facts

Can a formula spear through sheets?
Use =SUM(January:December!E7) to sum E7 on all of the sheets from January through December
Welcome to the board!

Just type in an apostrophe before the text you want to show. Right now when you type in the "-" it is assuming that it is a formula...hence the error and 0 values you are getting. Instead type this:

'-h
'-W8

The apostrophe will tell Excel that you want it to be text.

Hope that helps.
