Hi All,

I need some help with obtaining Pivot Table data. I am unsure about what is the best way to accomplish what I want.

I have a Pivot Table that is filtered to display the bottom performers for each class of students. Each class has a different number of bottom performing students. For example, one class has 25 while another has 12. I would like to be able to retrieve this data from the Pivot Table and filter it on a dashboard.

My question is: Should I retrieve the data using relative references for up to 25 cells and then use an IF statement to show blanks for those that are returning an error? If I do it this way, how can I make sure that they do not select more than one class? I do not want the data to go off the screen.

Any help is appreciated!

Thanks.

What is the shortcut key for Format Selection?
Ctrl+1 (the number one) will open the Format dialog for whatever is selected.
