Hello all,

I have got an Excel file with only one sheet having in column A a total of 15,000 cells filled in with some part numbers (font used is Verdana, 10 points). An example of P/N would be: WMC123400001. If I want to print out this file, then I need to print 255 pages. Is there a possibility to quickly move the cells from column A to the next columns B, C and so on, so the number of pages to be printed out will decrease maybe 5 times ? Thank you in advance.

My best regards,
Romulus.

Excel Facts

VLOOKUP to Left?
Use =VLOOKUP(A2,CHOOSE({1,2},$Z$1:$Z$99,$Y$1:$Y$99),2,False) to lookup Y values to left of Z values.
Look up the TextToColumns Method of the Range Object in the Help files.

Regards.
